  • lead designer Alex Griffiths will produce scale plans, bespoke digital renders and planting palette.

    • full project quote (exc. Phase 4)

    • Deposit charged for phase 2

    • fixed fee for phase 2 (paid to release plans)

    • on site meeting for review, planning, measurements and photos

    • final project timeframe confirmed

    • One round of amends for concept design - pre scale planning

    • Specifications for materials, finishes and hard landscaping

    • Measured site survey

    • scale planning including: setting out plan and Planting plan

    Outcome:

    • Fixed fee for Phase 2 paid

    • scale plans released including: setting out and planting plans

    • package includes: plant info, materials moodboard, digital renders

    • Quote provided for Phase 3

  • our build package is offered within 25 miles of our dorset base in line with our sustainability focus.

    • Deposit charged for phase 3 (percentage of full project quote)

    • build timeframe calendared

    • Contractor package prepared and tender process managed

    • Built by an approved subcontracted landscaping company

    • site inspections and project management

    • Planting installation completed

    • Care package provided (new GGD-designed planting only)

    • Final site visit and sign-off by Alex Griffiths

    • Follow-up site visit at 6 months and 1 year by Alex Griffiths

    Outcome:

    • Full payment made after completion and final sign-off

    • quote provided for Phase 4 (specific to client requirements)
